The delicious aroma of the meatloaf in the oven made up for the dreariness. It was yummy.
Meatloaf meat mix is not available here. Beef, pork and something else? Sounds good on these cold, windy rainy days.
This particular mix is beef, pork and beef again. I have heard of lamb and I have personally done beef and mild Italian sausage (pork).
