You dug deep into your archives for that first one. Who took the photo? That was a whole other lifetime ago, at least. Maybe more. Lilac bush in the background? So maybe an Indy 500? I remember listening to one on the radio in Jim's back yard.
I remember the second one -- I've seen it sometime recently. (Defining recently as within the last 10 years.)

I'm hoping to find something interesting for old photo Wednesday.
Photo by Jim. All of the background is the neighbor's yard so I don't know, lilac maybe or at least some flowering shrub. I agree based on what everyone is wearing that it is early summer. Indy 500 is probably a good guess.
I love that 2nd photo every time I see it. The sunglasses on mom, and my super cool visor! Just amazing.
That's funny, Emily, because those are the first two things I noticed and commented to GZ about. The Tulip Festival and our sweet baby who matches the tulips!
