I reported to the court house at 8:30. Orientation lasted a half-hour. The newspaper lasted another hour or so. Then I read for a while. Lunch was an hour and a half but I came back early because the US Open golf playoff was on TV. That lasted most of the rest of the day.
I got home in time to ride my bike.
No jury so far.

I'm guessing that lawyers know too much to ever be selected to sit on a jury?
I bet you'll never get on a jury. One or the other of the attorneys in any case will want you gone. They should just excuse you right now. But, of course, I could be wrong. TT
