Bike lane ends
Sometimes you just need to really emphasize the point. Sometimes a sign just doesn't really complete the message.
In a case like that you could always just call in a couple of tons of auto, arrange a trifling amount of erratic driving, and snap the sign off at the base.

I assume you weren't in the vacinity when it happened?
Just something I noticed at a spot where I ride fairly regularly. I wasn't there to witness the bike lane ending.
It occurred to me that it might have been the site of another near death experience. And it may have been.
Be careful out there.
